Please note that we practice Cash-on-Delivery (COD) method of payment.
Serving facilities include: serviettes, cheffing dishes, drink dispensers, cutleries and table cloths.
Tables and chairs will not be provided by us under this package (unless if requested, but will be charged on).
Facilitators are the food-servers who will be handling the food-serving to guests.
Please also provide us with details such as your name, number of expected guests, date and time of event and its venue where we will be serving you with our delectable cuisine.

Where will we be in August 2011?

Hey Hey all~

August is coming, and we will make appearances in two different areas of Kuching, in conjunction with the Ramadhan month and Kuching Day (or month!)~

You can find us at Bazaar Ramadhan Semarak (Kampung Gita area, just follow the crowd lol~), during the fasting season, and at Kuching Festival 2011, just beside MBKS Building in Padungan.

What will be in the menu?

We were at: Celcom S.O.X. Hoops 2011~

Sunday, 3rd July 2011 (Yesterday!), we prepared breakfast packages for Celcom's event at MBKS Indoor Stadium, somewhere in Kuching~

It was a busy morning, and we faced a bit of obstacles here and there, but yay~ we delivered :)

At 5.30am, Breakfast were packed and were ready to be delivered!

Preparation started at 4 am, that morning, with the hopes to ensure fresh and nutritious breakfast for the contenders of the basketball championship.

Scrambled eggs, Baked beans, Breakfast rolls and Sandwiches.

The preparation was not that easy, but we had quite a lot of fun preparing the food.
We would like to express our gratitude to Tru Events Services, our friends and Celcom for giving us the chance to contribute to this gig.

SMB St Teresa's Food and Fun Fair 2011~

We were back again to a very busy weekend..~ WE LOVE!

Last Saturday (2nd July 2011), our RENDANG AYAM made an appearance at SMB St Teresa's food and fun fair. It was a part of our friend, Ng Lee Sin's contribution to her class (5 Sc 3) donation to raise fund for the school.

Served with the other students' contribution on Nasi Lemak sets, with a choice of either the Ayam Masak Merah or our Rendang, the food were to say to have sold out! Hoo-ray! :) We are so glad to have helped the team.
Ng Lee Sin had also contributed cupcakes by TEC which happened to be the favorite cupcakes of many~ (We had a few friends asking where the cupcakes are sold at the event. Lol~)

~Kayu Manis made a food-tasting event for the guests and staffs of EPR (Kuching) S/B~

...and we served them our finest of traditional Malay cuisines...

We were around : Urban Roots Festival 2011 (Green Heights Mall)

May 19th - 22nd, 2011 our team had joined the Urban Roots festival at Green Heights Mall, BDC, Kuching. We had lots of fun and made many friends during that period.

See how bright the day was~ fuh~

We have to admit it, the ever-changing weather those 4 days were quite challenging, where heat changed to rain, and rain turned to heat, but honestly saying the sales turn-out was quite amazing too :)

We served chicken briyani, roti canai and some snacks on 19th and 20th of May (first to days), and Sarawak Laksa, fried noodles/kway teow, tendon soups and more snacks on the weekends (21st and 22nd of May). We were so proud to have introduced our delicacies!

Our team, Kayu Manis FBC is a a catering business that will be rocking Urban Roots 2011 starting from the 19th of May 2011 until 22nd May 2011.
